How They Work​

  1. Offer is published in system
  2. Update sent to wallet provider (Apple/Google)
  3. Wallet provider pushes to customer devices
  4. Customer sees notification on lock screen

Best Practices​

  • Send notifications 2-4 hours before events
  • Keep messages concise (60 characters)
  • Limit frequency (2-3 per week maximum)
