Your First Customer Enrollment
Step-by-step guide to enrolling your first VIP customer.
Prerequisites
Before enrolling customers:
- Card tiers must be created
- Locations must be configured
- Perk rules must be defined

Enrollment Methods
Method 1: QR Code (Recommended)
- Customer scans QR code with phone camera
- Landing page opens with enrollment form
- Customer enters name and contact info
- Customer accepts terms and age attestation
- Wallet pass issued immediately
Method 2: Staff-Assisted Enrollment
- Access enrollment interface in portal
- Enter customer information
- Select card tier
- Submit enrollment
- Send wallet pass link to customer
After Enrollment
- Customer receives wallet pass download link
- Customer adds pass to Apple Wallet or Google Pay
- Customer can immediately use card at door
- First visit creates customer record
